GSTV Internet Privacy Policy

This privacy statement (the "Policy”) is provided by Destination Media, Inc. d/b/a Gas Station TV (“GSTV”). We take very seriously the privacy of customers, visitors, users, and others (collectively "Users" or individually a "User") who visit or use www.gstv.com (the "GSTV Site") and the security of their personal information.

For your convenience, the GSTV Site contains links to a number of other websites, both inside and outside GSTV. The privacy policies and procedures described here do not apply to those sites; we suggest that you contact those sites directly for information on their data collection and distribution policies.

How GSTV Collects Information

We collect User information (which includes both personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information) either (1) directly, through the GSTV Site, or (2) indirectly, through affiliate sites or third party sites.

User Provided Information: We will only collect personally identifiable data, such as your name, email address, or telephone number, when it is voluntarily submitted to us at the GSTV Site or when it is voluntarily submitted to third-party companies working in conjunction with GSTV for a promotion, sweepstake or other purpose including but not limited to the "Wanna Be a BroadcaSTAR?" promotion. GSTV and the companies we work with will collect and use this information subject to the terms of service and privacy policies governing their respective websites.

Log File Information: When you use the GSTV Site, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, and the date and time of your request that may uniquely identify your browser.

Security of Your Personal Data

We have implemented technologies and policies with the objective of protecting your privacy from unauthorized access and improper use and will update these measures as appropriate as new technologies become available.

When GSTV Uses and Discloses Information

We may use both your personally identifiable information and non-personally- identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the GSTV Site and to create and run new features, promotions (including but not limited to the "Wanna Be a BroadcaSTAR?" promotion), functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing User preferences and trends.

From time to time we may partner up with a third party to conduct a promotion such as the "Wanna Be a BroadcaSTAR?" promotion, or for other products or services. We have no responsibility or liability whatsoever and expressly disclaim any such liability for the content, actions, or policies of third-party web sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of all third-party web sites that are linked to the GSTV Site, because such privacy policies may be materially different from this Privacy Policy.

We may release personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws (such as U.S. Copyright Law) or respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant.

GSTV also reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information and/or non- personally-identifiable information that GSTV believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our terms of use, to take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our web site, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of GSTV, our Users or others.

Our Commitment To Children Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the GSTV Site at any time or in any manner. If GSTV learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the GSTV Site without verified parental consent, then GSTV will take the appropriate steps to delete this information as required by law.
